Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and elements.Must be able to lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds.Class A CDL preferred but not required.OSHA 30 Certification preferred but not required.Experience operating machinery such as skid-steer, backhoe, telehandler, excavator, etc.Two year technical school degree in welding or equivalent on-the-job training and experience preferred.Ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime.Ability to work alone once instructions have been given.Ability to work at heights exceeding 100 feet.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Performs other related duties as assigned.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.Operating tools such as drills, impacts, welding equipment, and other power tools as needed.Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.The Millwright Crew Member will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks on the construction site including, but not limited to, site preparation, use of hand and power tools, welding, interpreting blueprints, and clean up of the job site.
